Please note, our inspectors will not walk on any roof where conditions are unsafe (steep, where the roof is wet), and will not walk on a metal roof to prevent denting it. Further, if there is insufficient room in a crawl space to move safely, or where there is evidence of live vermin, the crawl space will not be inspected.
