ABOUT BOB
Bob was born and raised in Ft. Wayne, Indiana, and attended Ball State University. He graduated with a degree in Economis, and then moved to the south - where it's warm.
He has always loved houses and has renovated many, both for himself and as licensed residential contractor in Florida. From ground-up restorations of 1920's bungalows, to mid-century moderns, to a two-story tiny house, Bob has seen and done it all.
He has owned and operated his own business since 2004, inspecting thousands of homes up and down the Atlantic Coast, from New Jersey to Florida, as well as multi-million dollar commercial buildings. He has even inspected the "Church of the Patriots" cemetery featured in the movie National Treasure. This cemetery dates back to 1768 and interred within are several individuals who were instrumental in the birth of our nation.
In addition to being a contractor, home inspector, and Executive General Adjuster, Bob is also a HAAG-certified roofing inspector. Every year, he spends many hours making sure that he keeps up-to-date with all the latest industry information.
